Green Commitment – ​​Fenalco Valle del Cauca

On December 5, 2024, the National Federation of Merchants, FENALCO Valle del Cauca Section, held the event called THE NIGHT OF THE BEST, the largest gathering of the business sector and leaders in the region. This event highlighted the work of entrepreneurs and companies from Cali and Valle del Cauca, who are transforming our society and boosting the economy with their vision, work, and commitment.

In the framework of this event, Fenalco Valle del Cauca Section gave special recognition to BOSQUE DE NIEBLA BIRDING & NATURE, awarding it the GREEN COMMITMENT award. This award is given to companies whose purpose is to protect, care for, and foster the well-being of the environment and natural resources of Valle del Cauca, leaving a positive mark that inspires present and future generations.

Award of the Trust Seal: Green Business Seal - CVC

In 2024, Bosque de Niebla Birding & Nature received the Trust Seal: Green Business Seal from the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Valle del Cauca (CVC). This recognition is given to companies that develop economic activities that offer goods or services, generate positive environmental impacts, and also incorporate good environmental, social, and economic practices with a life-cycle approach, contributing to the conservation of the environment as a natural capital that supports the development of the territory.

COP16 Colombia “Peace with Biodiversity” (Oct. 21 to Nov. 1, 2024)

For this world-class event, Bosque de Niebla Birding & Nature was part of Nature Tourism Route No. 3, hosting approximately 25 people per day during the event, making it one of the most visited birdwatching sites by participants and delegations from the countries invited to the event.
